Bio: What can I say about my little Jezzy? She is such a sweetheart. She is the easiest dog to fall in love with after you spend some time with her. She is very spoiled and is crazy about food, squeaky toys and going for walks. She will bark at strangers (both pups and the furless), but it’s all an attempt to get them to run before she runs from them. She takes a little more time than Toby to warm up to people but she always does. Thank you sweet Jezzabelle, you are very much loved. Here's my facts:
1.I was a surprise for mommy from daddy. I even jumped out from behind a big stuffed animal when she came in the room to help daddy with the surprise.
2.I love to go for walks and I walk much better on a leash than Toby
3.I like to “bury” my bones inside under covers or just in a corner on the carpet and if someone walks in the room while I’m doing it I get it out and “bury” it somewhere else so they don’t know where it is
4.One of my favorite toys is a giant ball more than twice the size of me that I push around the yard (and inside while knocking things over).
5.I am very lucky because I have so many people that love me. I visit mommom “(daddy’s grandma) very often and I love seeing her!
6.I don’t really like my brother Toby and I usually just ignore him, but I do let him sleep curled up next to me since he insists on it.
7.I love to snuggle up and sleep with anyone and my mom says my name is fitting—what ever that means. Bol!
Mom got word from the vet that the lump I had removed is benign! She was very excited and I got lots of kisses. I am feeling much better lately. I haven’t been taking my Cushing’s medicine the past couple weeks because of the surgery, but I just started it again yesterday and I am still doing well with it. Next week I get to go and have these stinky stitches removed so I can run and jump and use my long leash when I go outside. I even seem to be less itchy from my allergies lately.
Mom says I must be feeling better because I’m not letting Toby push me around and steal all of my toys as much. Soon Ill be back to myself again and he’s going to be in for a big surprise when he tries to take a toy I’m playing with. He may be younger and have more energy, but im bigger and much wiser than him! Bol!
I have a feeling that 2007 is going to be a good year.
I want to give a big thank you to all the pups and their humans who kept me in their thoughts and prayers. I have no doubt that they are what helped me through all of this.
Hello! I hope every pup had a great Christmas and a fun New Years celebration.
Tomorrow I am going to get surgery to remove an icky lump we found on me. I have to wake up real early and I don’t get to eat for such a long time! I think that’s going to be the worst part. I’m a little scared because I haven’t had surgery since I was “fixed” so many years ago. I’m sure ill be ok though.
Some good news….
My mommom had surgery on her hip earlier this week and she came out ok and is feeling a little better now. Now she will be able to take me for walks again. yay! I can’t wait until she comes home and I get to go visit her. I miss her so much! She wanted mommy and daddy to sneak me in the hospital, but I have this bad habit of barking at strangers so they decided against it. BOL!
