Arrival Story:
There is an annual fundraiser at our humane society called Barktoberfest. We go every year. We saw her there on Saturday and fell in love. We went back on Sunday and she was still there, so we figured it was fate and adopted her. I wish we knew more information about her. The folks that had her before us only had her for 3 weeks. Before that is a mystery. We knew that she was about a year old when we adopted her but we didn't have any other information.
Bio:
Molly has turned into our "child". She is such a great dog. We spoil her too much. We took her to obedience classes right away after we got her. She sometimes doesn't react too well around strange dogs or people. If we get the opportunity to introduce her to other dogs and people in an environment we control she usually does great. She'll play for hours with my sister-in-law's dogs. She has been quite easily trainable. She follows direction well. She tends to follow directions from "Dad" more than "Mom" though. She has been a wonderful addition to our family. We can't imagine life without her! We may even get a Great Dane puppy someday. We would love to get Molly a little brother or sister. I am sure we will always have a Dane.
