poop, and apples. (mmmmmm apples dipped in poop! if only i had opposable thumbs . . . .)

Arrival Story:
somehow i got lost, or was let go, and i ended up in a concrete and chain link pen at lake county animal control. that place was no four seasons, believe me -- and, to make matters a million times worse, my chances of making it out of there alive weren't good at all. luckily i was still around when my whole family-to-be -- including bug -- came by. all the other dogs were jumping and shouting, but i stood silently and perfectly still my pen. i watched all the other dogs getting attention, but it was like i was invisible. (today, mom and dad cannot believe they didn't notice right away how beautiful i am.) finally, finally, finally they picked me to come out of my pen and go for a little stroll around the parking lot. once out of that pen and away from all that noise, i sprung to life! i wagged and wagged my whole body, ate up all the affection, and gave everybody kisses! and i wanted to play with my sister-to-be the instant i saw her. i showed everybody how good-natured i am, and how i don't guard toys or food. as soon as i could, i jumped into their car, and we've lived happily ever after.
