Wow, time sure flies

I didn't realize it had been five whole years since I posted here. Daisy is at least 12 years old now, maybe older, the shelter folks gave us conflicting info. She's got pretty bad arthritis in her hips but still makes it up and down the stairs, and still has a great attitude. She's so sweet and loving! If only she didn't shed so much... she leaves tufts of fur all over the house!

Daisy missed Chok'lit at first but seems to have gotten used to being the only dog in the house. Our three cats keep her busy. Two of them like to groom her/be groomed by her. It's cute to watch.

Crossed the Rainbow Bridge

I'm sorry to say that Daisy has crossed the Rainbow Bridge. I'm glad she's out of pain, and I hope that she'll be able to run and play with Chok'lit and Cookie - but I'm going to miss her. She was a real sweetheart.
