I had wanted my own puppy for a while, and we went to the petstore for food and came back with Toby! He walked straight up to my dad, and that was it. He was also at a discounted price due to what they thought was Kennel Cough.

Wow Guys!
My momma hasn't gotten to writing me any diary entries in a while because of school.
She always comes home at 3:30 and lets me out to go pee-pee but then she just flops down on the couch and turns on... what is it... MTV maybe?
I am so glad she is on break. Two weeks full of play time!
Its Christmas Eve. everybody! I sure hope Santa Claus brings me my favorite puppy biscuits!
My second Christmas with my momma, can you believe that?
I'm feeling old, maybe she will take me to my mom-mom Frankie's house for some ham or something...
I'm going to try and get momma on here as much as I can, but its hard with all this cooking and cleaning...

Hello Pups!
My mommy FINALLY figured out how to add pup pals, so lets get them requests in! And as for my surgery, I'm in absolutely NO PAIN! So thats good, although I still have that stupid neck thing on. Eight hours of free time in the kennel at night and I STILL can't get it off! I can't wear any of my sweaters either because mom assumes it'll get caught in the stitches and they will come out, just like one of them did... but that was on me, I couldn't stand it, so I knawed it off... Alrighty Guys and Gals, its getting pretty late here, so me and mom and gunna hit the sack.

God made a little dachsie
to brighten up our day.
He took a bit of sunshine,
laughter, love, and play,
and rolled it up in a sausage shape
just right for a hug,
with bright eyes full of mischief
set in its little mug.
With little paws a pattering,
to take it here and there-
and a cold wet nose-but then He thought,
"Oh, what about the hair?
Shall I make it long and silky,
or wiry, that's so sweet, or make it simple, and have it smooth
and satiny and neat?
And what about the color-
how can I pick just one?
Shall it be black, or red or brown
or dappled, just for fun?"
He pondered while He made the world,
And all creatures great and small-
And then the answer came to Him-
"OF COURSE! I'll make them ALL!!"
So remember that a dachshund
is special, from above His coat of many colors
is a sign of God's great Love.
