Oh no, another sister!

Well, Mommy and Daddy did it again. They are adopting another beagle very soon. Her name for now is "Baby Girl". Wasn't little Annie enough?, LOL.
If I can put up with Annie....I guess I can put up with Baby Girl.
**thinking** Uh, is there going to be enough room in the bed for all of us beagles plus Mommy & Daddy. Oh well, I'm sure we'll fight for the choice spot. I'll be back soon with an update.

My Special Birthday

Today is my birthday and I'm 8 years old. Well, no one knows my birthday because I was adopted, so Mommy and Daddy is going to use the day they adopted me. This is a special day for me because I've never had anyone to share my birthday with or a family to love me. I lived at a kennel for years and Pat took good care of me but she had many other babies to take care of too. Today is going to be the best-est day of my life. I have a new Mommy, Daddy and brother that loves me so much. Little Annie came along 1 month after me. Mommy and Daddy adopted her at 6 weeks old so I would have a friend. She used to get on my nerves really bad when she was little but she's growing out of all those silly stages now that she just turned 1 year old. She is lots of fun now. She's tricky though! She goes to the door and barks to make me think someone is there and of course I fall for it and she runs back through the house. Well, no one is there so I go back and she has stolen either my food or MY BED! I still love her anyway....

I love my family

Mommy and Daddy adopted me from a shelter after their beagle Usdi went to Rainbow Bridge on July 13, 2006. After Usdi's death, they were grieving terribly. I will never replace their precious baby. Daddy went to Petfinders and was looking at the beagles and there was "ME" in a laundry basket. They brought Usdi home in a laundry basket 9 years ago. Usdi gave them the sign they were looking for. I had been at this shelter for years and the lady there loved me and took really good care of me and her name was Pat. One couple adopted me a couple of years ago and had me a week or two and took me back to Pat. So I sat there waiting for a new Mommy and Daddy to find me. I am very happy in my new home. I have my own bed but I still sleep in my laundry basket, I'm a silly boy. I know Usdi sent them to me so I would have a family to love me as much as she did. They can now give me all the love that they can no longer give their baby Usdi.
