Arrival Story:
We have had wires for almost 30 years. Abby is our third. When our previous wire, Millie passed on in Jan '06 we were devastated. We discovered AFT Rescue on the web and were lucky to be matched with Abby. We adopted her on Feb 25, 2006.

Bio:
Abby was a stray and rescued from a shelter in northern New Jersey by Sue and Doug . She was spayed and housebroken and has a wonderful disposition. Hard to believe someone just let her go. She was somewhat reserved at first and a little timid. Since adapting to her new home, she is much more the typical WFT... playful, animated, inquisitive, assertive ( Yes! I am a WFT and I bark !!! ). She is an absolute sweetheart!
