Likes: Playing fetch with anything that she can carry
Pet-Peeves: When she gets the tennis ball stuck somewhere she can't reach, or when she can't get comfy on the
Favorite Toy: Tennis ball (any ball actually) and stuffed pound kitty friend
Favorite Food: Bacon (she doesn't get table food very often, so it is quite a treat!), Steak, Greenies!
Favorite Walk: Up in the woods near our house with Haley and all around the neighborhood, especially to Gramma and Pappa's house
Best Tricks: She can dance, and of course sit, shake, and my favorite high five, sometimes roll over
Arrival Story: We searched on line for puppies, after almost buying one other pup, we decided to keep looking just a little more. When we saw her on Puppyfind.com I actually wanted to get her sister, but she was already sold. My husband fell in love with her right away and the rest is history.
Bio: Tessie Mae, came to us in Rhode Island all the way from Triple C Kennels in Oklahoma. (http://www.tripleckennel.com/inde x.html) Tessie is such a good little dog. She is so sweet, smart, friendly, and enjoyable to be around. She loves to play with children, all her many toys, and of course chase after her tennis ball. When she finaly gets sleepy she snuggles with her stuffed "Pound Kitty." She is always "exploring" something new. Because she is so smart, as all Boston terriers are, she has been so easy to train. Everyone in the neighborhood loves her and when we go for walks, they comment on how well she walks on the leash. She makes us laugh, and always keeps us entertained. Of course, she does snore pretty loud, and has some pretty stinky gas, but we forgive her and love her anyways. How could we not love her, she is so cute! :)

I've Been On Dogster Since:
My mom says that birthdays are really special. So I got to be the princess for the entire day (even though I am a princess everyday.) My mom brought me to Petsmart and let me pick out my own toy. I got a new dog friend with squeekers in the paws. It is almost bigger than me. I went for an extra long walk and played ball for longer than usual. I was so happy I was smiling all day. I had a very special dinner of easy to digest canned food, yum. I also went to the park and played with one of my dog friends who just had his first birthday alittle while ago. By the time it was time to go home I was so sleepy! I actually fell asleep in the car on my way home. When we got home I played with Daddy with my new toy for a little while before I fell fast asleep on the couch curled up next to Daddy.
Today my friend Nick crossed the Rainbow bridge. It was a very sad time. He got diagnosed with prostate cancer only 6 days ago. He started to have a really hard time passing his urine. The vet said that he would eventually go into kidney failure and start to have seizures. His mom and dad didn't want him to have to suffer, so they let him past over the bridge before he got too bad. I loved him a lot, we had a lot of fun together. If you want to check out his dogster page here it is http://www.dogster.com/dogs/498762. He was a great friend. A big gentle dog, with a sweet heart and a friendly disposition. We will all miss you very much Nick.
I don't know what is so exciting about this box, but my momma is sure excited about it. My mom acted like this box was the best thing that she has ever seen but for some reason she threw it in the trash. That is ok, I got it out for her. You know though if she is not going to take care of it then maybe I'd better keep an eye on it. She is telling my dad, I'm pregnant, I'm pregnant! What does pregnant mean? At first she seemed happy, but now I think that she is crying. I'll take good care of her. I'd better let her use my favorite ball. Wait a min? Momma just said she is going to be a Momma? I thought that she already was a momma? Oh, I see, I am going to be a big sister. I can do that. I love little kids, I have a few cousins, and when they come over we always have fun. Does this mean I am going to have to sleep in another room? No way, I love my bed in mommy and daddy's room. They love it when I snore and oops, some times toot. I am sure there will be lots of changes, but I know that no matter what I will always be my mommy's first baby!
