Arrival Story:
While searching the internet, I came across a young puppy at a Los Angeles City Shelter described as a "black & white Corgi". When we got to the shelter, she clearly was not a Corgi, but that didn't really matter. She was scared and shaking. When I picked her up, she gave me a big hug and lots of kisses. Daddy said, "might as well start the paperwork, that dog is coming home with us!" We had to explain to her that although they wouldn't let us take her home right now, we would be coming for her tomorrow. When we picked her up, she was still shaking, but as soon as the car turned out of the driveway for home, she stopped shaking and relaxed. She has been such a great addition to our family and made it complete. She guards her sister, Yoli, and makes sure that nothing and no one can bother her.
