Arrival Story:
We met Yoli thru rescue and she told us about a young dog in a local shelter. We stopped by to meet her and fell in love with her. That was on a Friday and she needed to stay there until Monday, when she could be spayed and then released. We went back to visit with her on Saturday...it was a long wait over the weekend, but well worth it! Yoli was probably this stinkiest dog we have ever brought home (what did she roll in at the pound!) Since a bath in water was not an option after the spay surgery, we groomed her with the non-water stuff and started working on her matted fur. We discovered a scar across her throat and hate to imagine how it got there! She is a great light in our life! She is a very special dog and she knows it too! Through our adventures to find Yoli, we were introduced to the wonderful world and people of Dog Rescue and now foster dogs until a forever home can be found for them too.
