It Still Hard

It still hard for me sweet Calub to look at pictures of you without crying. You were the sweetest boy. Looking into your eyes was like looking into your soul & seeing the love you had for me. I know your with your mom Cleopatra now & you guys are probaly happy to be together again. We still miss you lots. Kisses & hugs.

Missing you!

I still think of you my baby boy & miss you. Everytime I see your brother Snoopy come running to me when I pull in the drive way I always find myself waiting for you to come trotting next to Snoopy. Then I realize time & time again that your gone. Now your little kitty Elvis has joined you in heaven the one you loved & protected so much when he was a kitten. You never liked when someone held him. My heart still aches for you guys. I never wanted you to suffer but I just miss you.

My sweet Calub lost his battle with cancer

I loved Calub it hurt me so much to see cancer rob my baby of his health then life.
January 10th was a horrible day. Calub tumor had grown so fast & large it pushed his eyes especially the right one where I could barely see it. He sounded like he was under water gurgling for air. He ate earlier that day but kept trying to throw up afterwards. I tryed to offer him some food later but he just turn his head. He didn't want to do nothing but lay down. He started to bleed again from his mouth. It was one of the hardest things to do I help deliver & bring him into this world now I had to free him from all his suffering & say good bye to my sweet Calub.Today is his birthday it was 4 days till his birthday whe he died he would of been 7 yrs old. Today my sweet Calub will be having his birthday with angels. :( I miss you.

The tumor is growing at a very fast rate I especially see it on the right side of his neck. The vet said thats where its mostly at when I told her. Calub now making a constant snorting noise I called his vet a couple days ago to ask her why she thinks he could be making that noise. She believes its because the tumor has grown larger and may be blocking his voice box and may now be interfering with his air way where he has to struggle to keep the air way open. I don't know how handle this or when the time is right to let go I just keep asking GOD to help me make the right choices for Calub.

Calub has cancer

We received the terrible news on the 26th of December. The biopsy results tested positive for cancer cells. They suspect a carcinoma and are not sure of the origin of the neoplasm. The vet can not surgically remove the tumor because of the location in his throat. They said the only thing that may or may not help him have more time is radiation but we are unsure if we could afford the treatments and if we want to put him thru his possible last days going thru being poked with needles & constant vet trips hours away then not knowing if the out come would be good. Its all so heart breaking seeing our baby Calubs body being attacked by this horrible thing called cancer. I'm not sure of how handle all this.

Calub may have cancer

Tomorrow Calub is scheduled for a biopsy & blood work to see if he has some sort Lymphoma cancer. He hasn't had much energy and has been having trouble swallowing food unless its soft & small portions or else he'll squeak as he swallows. He's had very think mucus and drools and he never had drooled like this before. The vet said his lymph nodes in his throat are swollen and his symptoms fit the cancer. :(
