When we got Cooper at the time we were living in a small condo and wanted a small but mature dog. A good friend from work had an adult Chihuahua that he wanted to give us, but his kids wouldn't let him! So when his dog had puppies, Cooper was the pick of the litter!
Bio:
My dad loves the Mini Cooper cars--and when they first saw me I was not even 2 pounds yet! Dad thought I was mini--like a mini Cooper!
