What I Chewed Today

I have a new buddy

I have a new friend living at the house. His name is Joey. He is a Daschund.
He is three. He is very funny, except when he tries to eat my food. I am teaching him to chase pigeons and bark at every little noise in the house.
He had to learn to pee and poop outside. It took him a week but he learned. He also had to figure out how to get out the dog door that is designed for a dog my size.

2009 in Review

It's been a mixed year for me. I got giardia twice and still seem to be having stomach problems, but other then that I'm doing well for a dog soon to be 8 years old in March (that's 56 to you humans). This means I have become the same age as my guardian Michael. We are both feeling a little creaky in the morning but once we get moving we feel as if we were still 3 and 25 respectively. Happy New Year to all my pup pals.

Feeling Better....

I have been feeling poorly lately. My guardians have been treating me with the vet for giardia. It made me have diarrhea and throw up on the carpet. I'm on my second round of pills and my second round of bland diet, chicken and rice (yum).
