Arrival Story:
I went to the Humane Society a couple of times to look for a second dog. The day I saw Abby she was the only dog that was not standing or jumping around. She was lying quietly on a little cot. I remember when I spent time with her in the room they took us in she came right up to me, but kept her head down the entire time. I brought Marlye back the next day to make sure they got along and then brought her home.

Bio:
For the longest time I would come home from work and noticed that the table cloth on the kitchen table was moved, but couldn't figure out why. I assumed the dogs were doing being bad and putting thier paws up on the table so I cleared all papers off the table and it continued to happen. One afternoon I was in the front yard and when I looked inside the kitchen window there Abby was lying on the kitchen table!! No wonder the table cloth was messed up! She actually jumped from the floor to the top of the table...didn't even use the chairs to assist her. That is no longer a problem :)
