Sit, down, roll over. He's slow because of his bad hip, though.

Arrival Story:
I was maybe six when my dad came home one day with this hyper little puppy on a makeshift leash. He had a friend who had adopted the puppy maybe a month before. The friend had a baby and the puppy would knock the baby down, which scared the parents half to death. They were going to send the puppy back to the pound, but my dad stepped in and decided to bring him home. My mom was very hesitant as the last dog they had had was a coydog who was really wild and had eaten a couch once.

Bio:
As a puppy, Charlie scared the heck out of me because I was a really small child and he weighed more then I did. He would jump up and stuff. Also, I would go to pet him and sometimes he would nip at me. Then, we had to leave him with a couple who were renting our house for two years and I didn't see him again until he was seven and I was eleven. He was really calm then, though we had to do a lot for him. When we got him back he had heartworm and was filthy because the family had never bathed him. He was also showing the first signs of his bad hip caused by being hit by a car at about ago one. The vets are now quite surprised that he's doing as well as he is, though he's now kinda overweight and his bad hip is giving him serious problems.
