Arrival Story:
We first saw Jake at the Long Beach animal shelter and thought he was perfect for us, sadly he had been placed on hold by someone else wanting to adopt him. A few weeks later we were at a friend's house and he had recently adopted a dog - it was the same dog we had seen at the animal shelter! A couple of months after that, our friend was moving and had to get rid of the dog - so we adopted him. We think it was meant to be.
