She runs to the bathtub if you say bath time. Begging for Heidi snacks. She understands every word of English she hears. She knows how to spell S N A C K and if my husband spells it she runs to the place we keep them doing the HEIDI DOG DANCE.

Arrival Story:
Heidi was still a puppy when she came here, and the woman that owned her and her sister died. Her son did not want the two puppies and he found them homes. Our daughter was young and we knew Heidi would be a great little friend for our daughter so we went to pick her up. When we met Heidi she was in a box in the living room crying at the woman's house and we fell in love with her instantly.

Bio:
Heidi is a wonderful dog and she is getting old and gray. She loves my husband Tony more than anyone, though she tolerates the rest of us, she is his dog. She is very smart and I am convinced that she understands every word we say. If we say we are going somewhere she runs to the door and begs to go.
