An old boyfriend called me at work on a Friday afternoon and claimed he "found a dog" - of course I immediately told him to bring her to me so I could find her owners or a new home . . . well after numerous flyers, no owners, she had captured my heart. She is named after one of my favorite Eric Clapton songs, "Layla". She is truly my animal soul mate who loves me more than most people do. She is a gift from God and I am forever thankful for the unconditional love and happiness she brings me.
