My son and husband were at a roadside farm stand. They were having a drawing to win puppies that they had. Dylan won and chose Hunter, not knowing what kind she was, it was love at first sight.
Bio:
Hunter is a doll. She loves her freedom and does not take life very seriously. Her happy tail thumps on the porch like some one is knocking, making the inside dogs bark. She does not like to ride in the truck perfering to walk along side it. She adjusts well whenever we bring home a new addition.(as long as it is not a cat or rooster). My son is so proud of her.He says he knows he chose the right dog for him and his family.

This devotion is from our son. Our son was 6 years old when he chose Hunter from a drawing he won. She is his first dog. She has taught him how to care for, and love animals. Even now that he is older (12) he still loves her as much as he did when he first got her. Every day, rain or shine,she meets the school bus down at the end of our mile lane to greet him.
"I picked the right dog for my family and me."(his words)
