In 2008, my mommy, Oscar (my kitty) and I came to live with my new daddy in a big house wif a backyard. He had two kitties: Spazz-kitty, who was my friend, and her litter-sister, Sophie who didn't like me much. Oscar passed away from kidney disease. He was my pal and I miss him. A year later, Spazz-kitty gots diabetes and was vewy sick. Daddy came home one day without her. I miss her; she let me smell her butt. Sophie-kitty misses her too, I can tells. Sophie-kitty likes me a wittle more now since I'm her only fur-sister, so dats fun but sometimes she hits me (mommy calls it wuv pats) and even doe she doesn't have claws, it hurts my feelings. I just want to give her kisses! Woof!

We gets to travel lots - Me, Sophie-kitty, mom and dad. We have a howse in Corpus Christi, Texas where we can go to da beach evewy day or I can lay out wit my mom and watch seagulls and pelicans. It's super fun and I have lots of doggie-friends there too!

Mommy says it's my birfday today. My page says I'm 10 years old but I don't feel 10. I may take a few more naps, I'm a wittle blind because of da glaucoma and I's better at listening to my mommy dan I was when I was younger, but I still can chase dos squirrels wif da best of dem and I wuv to play in the da ocean. I try to get it, wifout it gettin me, which is sooo much fun! Sure, I'm more laid back but I's still young at heart. Call me "pretty" and I'll slather you wif kisses! Woof!

June 10, 2009 RIP Oscar, my bestest kitty friend ever!

Howl.... I just lost my bestest friend ever - my little buddy, Oscar the kitty. My mommy told me he was really sick; she took him to the doctor and he didn't come home again. I miss him! Woof! So does my mommy, she cried a lot for a long time. HOWLLLL!!!

A year ago, I lost my arch enemy, Molly (the kitty). She had gone to live with our daddy, but I knew something was wrong when my mommy started crying one day. She said that Molly had passed away. I don't know woof that meant, but she was sad and I knew it wasn't good. I let her hold me while she cried. I wasn't all that sorry, she wasn't a good friend to me anywoof. She would hiss and act out whenever I tried to snuggle with her but it hurt mommy, so...

But Oscar was my little buddy. He let me chase him around the house and he would play with me when he felt like it. Woof!

I've got two other kitties in my life too though, woof! So, I am making sure they eat - I even share my food if they want it - and get lots of kisses and snuggles from me - whether they like it or not. woof! Of course, I have my mommy and my new daddy who love me, take me out and play with me all the time. Life is pretty good. Woof!

Sunshine, shining on me... nothing but blue skies can I- see...

Woof Everybody!

I hope you're having a woofin time in the sunshine! I have been enjoying chasing the things my mom calls squirls. They look like Kitties to me though. Woof, Woof!

The other day, we were outside and there was this one squirl that was up on our privacy fence and I think I might have scarred it pretty good. woof! It ran up the tree, then down the fence and just when a car startled and distracted me, it jumped high into the air and over my head and landed in another huge tree. Wolf, wolf!!! I couldn't believe it! I ran over as fast I could but it was faster. Around the back yard it went, from tree limb to fence to tree limb then over the fence and then, gone for good. Howllllllll!!!!! It was a real bummer, but I'm sure it will be back and we can have another session of 'catch the kitty' woof, or squirl. Woof, Woof!!!

It's Snowing - woof!!!

Hey everybody guess what? It's snowing! I got to go outside and play in it while my mum and dad scooped it up off the deck and sidewalks. I wonder why they do that? Woof! It's so much more fun to just play in it. Woof! My mom says we got 6 inches last night. I don't know about that, but there sure is alot of it!!! Woof! What fun! Woof, woof!!!

My mom kept getting me with big balls of snow. It was a fun game for a while. Woof! Then she started throwing them at Dad and he threw some back at her! Woof! What is that all about? Woof!!!

I have a boyfriend...

Woof! Guess what?! I have a boyfriend; well, he's one of my mom and dad's human friends but I just love him so much!!! I told him that I want him to take care of me when my mom and dad go on trips but they said they'd rather take me with them. Woof, Woof! They did promise that if I ever did need a doggie-sitter, that they would ask him first. He already said that would be great! Woof, Woof!!!

4th of July

Woof! I hope you all survived another loud 4th of July! I sat at my mommies feet and watched the fireworks. I didnt' get as scared as she thought I would. Woof! It was all going well until I saw my favorite thing in the whole world run by - a kitty!!! Wolf, Wolf! Oh how I wanted to chase it and play with it, but mommy wouldn't let me and it got away. wolf. Anyway, I hope all my doggie pals survived the night and got to enjoy it like I did. Woof!!!

I'm so happy!

Spring is here and I'm so excited! Woof! My daddy takes me outside and for walks and I get to bark at actual people!!! Woof, Woof! Mom says that there are more people out because the weather is so good. I don't know what that means, except that it makes life alot more fun. We have a privacy fence, so I get to scare people when they run by. I don't understand why they don't like me. Woof!

I hope all of my puppy pals are enjoying the sunshine and the outdoors! Isn't it wonderful to be a dog?

Halloween was so wolfin-great!

How are you all doing? I'm doing great! Last night was trick-or-treat and I tricked alot of the little goblins that came by the house for treats! Wolf! They would start to come up to the house and I would bark and they would get all scared. Wolf! It was so much fun. My mom and dad didn't appreciate the humor of it all, but oh well, they'll get over it. Woof!

Anywolf, I just want to thank...wolf...all of my new friends out there for embracing me to the group. It's so great to have friends! Wolf!

Gotta go chase the kitten..wolf...my mom is trying to catch him because he was on the counter. Hmm, I wonder what's up there that is so interesting to him? Anyway, gotta go....ooh, she's so mad! Wolf! This is gonna be a great show! Wolf!

Halloween is woofinastic!

Woof Everybody!

Life is sweet, isn't it?! Halloween is coming up and I am sooo excited! My little nub of a tail is shaking so fast my whole butt is shaking. My mom and dad love that about me! Woof! All the little kids will be coming by the house for treats - of course that is my favorite part of trick or treat! Woof! It puts three of my favorite things together...tricks, treats and kids!

I feel yucky....

Woof, everybody!

I'm going to keep this brief because I'm feeling kind of gruff today. My mommy had to work and while she was gone, I got sick a couple of times. She's a nice mommy though, when she got home and realized I wasn't feeling well, she made me some rice to settle my tummy. It was good and I gobbled it right up, now though, I'm pretty tired.
