A nice lady pulled me from a shelter in southern Missouri. I had one more day until the "E" word. This lady placed me in the first possible home because they didn't have much time to save all of us, but the homeowner didn't let me go inside. The lady who saved us was biding time to find relevant rescues to come get us. For me she called the president of the American Eskimo Rescue of St. Louis. The president, Sandy, came down to Portageville to see me. She said she couldn't leave me, so she scooped me up and drove me back to St. Louis. I had heartworm and all other kinds of parasites. But, luckily, it was in the earlier stages and I did really well during my treatment, which was early summer of 2006. People tend to think I am a puppy since I have a lot of puppish qualities. A vet claimed I was 14 months old in December 2006, but no way, since I was full grown that June. So, they decided I was 1.5 years old that fall. I am about to have my 4th birthday (May 2009). Just look at my awesome coat! My mom had no idea that it would turn out this nice! It pays to have a premium diet (and not going through heartworm treatment helps too).

Now, I am a super dog! Not only do I enjoy the good life, but I am a an agility champion and on my way to mixed breed champion! I have already gone to one Nationals and placed fourth! Everybody remembers my face when we go to shows, my mom is just that handler who's name goes unknown! below are my titles as of Dec, 20010,

I am an agility and obedience competitor. I like sled dogging, carting, mixed breed conformation, and playing with my toys!
But, I feel that solving the World's energy problems, finding a cure for cancer, and forwarding the realm of advanced mathematics would suit me better.

Well,
I have learned alot from my new mom. We had our first snow (well, mostly ice) of the season on the last day of November and my mom and dad took me to the famous Art Hill to see if I liked sleds. I had so much fun chasing them down the hill! I would get really excited and try to follow other sledders coming down as I walked uphill. I like barking as we go down, yeah! I can pull the sleigh too and my mom is taking me to the Gateway Sled Dogs' rig practice on Sunday! She takes me to Discdog practices and is teaching me agility! I jump, pause on a table, run through a tunnel, sit, down, front, finish, dance, spin, unwind, shout "go Cards!" wait, stand, heal, go on, mush, whoa, catch, fetch....and I'm learning more stuff, like Line out, Gee (right), Ha (left), hike, on-by (leave it), and weave!
Yeah! Winter is my favorite month!

My new mom takes me all over the place! She showed me a fun game today! It's called jump, and I leap over a bar and grab the treat! She says I would love to try "agility" and "flyball" and "frisbee" and "swimming" and "soccer" and "obedience" and "rally" and.......
