Oden came from fine local breeder, was easily house trained, loyal as a great watch dog, friendly to other dogs though not easily trusting of people. he had the best of care, with regular checkups, the best of people food and even teeth brushed every day and at 8 1/2 years old was stricken with cancer all through his body. he remained a sweetheart to the end with never an accident in the house and never a nasty note for anyone he knew. he was the best GSD I have ever had and I thought he would live forever.
