Another day of cuteness

Thank goodness my "parents" are so well trained! My dad gets up at the crack of dawn to take me for a walk and then my mom takes me for another one before she leaves for work. The second one is my favorite because I get to visit with the kids waiting for the school bus - I just love them! I'm quite a celebrity in the neighborhood - wherever I go kids call out my name and run to play with me. It's great to be famous!

Although I'd prefer it if my mom would just stay home with me, she seems to have to go to work and since it puts crunchies in my bowl, I guess I'll have to accept it. Every morning before she leaves, she fills my little Kong with some peanut butter flavored stuff, and puts a few crunchies in this big hollow cube so I can push it all over the place to get the crunchies to come out a little at a time. When I first came to live here, I had a little problem with separation anxiety, but I gradually got over it and getting these treats every morning sures helped! I sleep up on the big bed and listen to the radio while they're gone during the day. When they get home, I've saved up all my cuteness and really turn on the charm! They are wrapped around my little paw....
