So my pops is barking all about the midnight sky tonight and how pretty it is. Give me a break! I didn't notice a thing! Running full speed in circles and sniffing out the pine trees is what a dog is supposed to do. Not bark "how beautiful the sky is"...Oh Dog! Pops is getting too sentimental in his old age..BoL! I did have fun on our midnight excursion. I chased pops around a bit, went hoppin' over the tumbleweeds like a jack rabbit and ate lots of snow balls! I love icicles and chomping snow. Mommy makes me snow balls thren throws them, I chase them and eat them (sometimes). I know I didn't look at the "Sky" once! My nose sticks to the ground and off I go. I may run my tail off, but never you fear, pops nor I leave mom alone for more then a minute, if that. We never leave her in the dust, for we keep guard over her pretty well. She says she enjoys that!! Makes her feel safe. I know my fur momma was the same way. She never went far without running back to check on our human mommy. When we got back to the house, I commenced to trying to play "sneak" up on the cats. Mommy doesn't like me to stalk the cats, so I had to lay down and behave. Hence new main photo. I listen pretty well to her! "Pops, you can keep your midnight sky, just give me cats to stalk!" BoL "Wuvs you Mom!" hence 2nd new photo, giving kisses to mommy. See, I'm a good boy!
