Arrival Story:
Ringo was a bounce back from another family and was then fostered by Arrow's parents. Since Arrow and Eleanor (Ringo's now sister) were such good buds, it was automatic that Ringo and Eleanor would be fast friends. When Ringo and Eleanor met, it was best friends at first sight! Ringo actually got Ellie to play!!!! We had to have him as our son!
