Snorking-it's like a cat purring, except she snorks. Doing Maggie race track in the yard. Jumping in and out of mud puddles. Stop, Flop and Roll in the grass.
Pet-Peeves:
We haven't really discovered any yet-she's generally sweet and even tempered.
Favorite Toy:
Mr Lion-Friend, Mr Cow-Friend, Mr Racoon-Friend-Basically any little soft squeeky that she can reduce to stuffing in under 48 hours
Favorite Food:
She's a cheap date-we taught her to sit, shake and lay down, all using ice cubes as a treat.
Favorite Walk:
Anywhere with mommy.
Best Tricks:
Simultaneous sitting and paw shaking-the second you get a treat out, she's got one front paw up as her butt is hitting the floor.
Arrival Story:
We just went to the pound and started walking through the pens-when I got all verclempt just seeing her sweet face, I knew she had to come with us. We still can't believe that anyone would lose her and not go looking for her to the ends of the earth. She's tagged with a microchip now so that we'll never lose her.
Bio:
We're first time dog owners and were a little apprehensive especially not knowing her history, but we're amazed by what a joy she is and how easy training has been. We've had less than a dozen accidents in the house in the 2 months that we've had her, she's mastered all the basic tricks, she took to the invisible fence in two days, and she hasn't chewed a single thing in the house that isn't her toy. She's the best dog in the whole world.
