Our Family Part 3 - Continued from Felix

woof woof, I forgot that's it's my turn to tell the story.
On one lovely Fall morning ..september 30th I was playing with my sister in the front window cubicle of the shop when I saw this couple looking at me. they stared at us for a very long while. But then they walked off. I never thought much of it. you know people come and goes.
Then Sunday came, they were back, again they were looking at us. Then I was picked out. I was sad to leave my sister behind, and so i got quite nervous. They had me in a boxx with holes in them. I could only see outside a bit, but I also heard a meowing sound..that was of course Peppee.
When we got home, my Mommy gave me a beautiful red collar. She said red suit me to a T. I was introduced to Oscar, who was happy to see me, but he told me that he is the alpha pooch no matter how much bigger I get. Then I was introduced to Felix..he didn't like me too much..and took a swipe at my nose with his claws...I yelped.. and Mommy picked me up and hugged me and told Felix to be nice, and she made me feel better.
Daddy was laughing at how I was prancing around the living room like a show pony.
Then suddenly, I heard a soft meowing noise. I explored the small box where the noise was coming from. It was a kitten, a black white one. Mommy told me to be gentle as she took him out of the box, she said he's a cutie pie whatever that is. He took a liking to me right away. but he has claws too like Felix so I was very weary. But they were small. After a good running around the new home, we were both so tired. The little kitten rested on me and we both fell asleep.
At first, Mommy didn't know what to call me, she called me Rusty, Reds, and then she said that since I'm such a handsome boy she named me after the actor Gary Cooper. So I became Cooper.
Grandpa simply adores me when he and Grandma came over for a visit from Australia 5 years ago.
I adore Peppee, since we came into Mommy and Daddy's lives at the same time. We stuck together. He slept with me and followed me everywhere.
Oscar wuvs him too. Once Peppee got lost outside, Oscar found him, and stayed with him to make sure he is not scared.
When Peppee passed on, I was very sad. I didn't understand, and kept searching everywhere for him.
Mommy knew I was sad, she explained to me that he has gone to the Rainbow Bridge, and that she misses him too.
Felix was sad too. He kept looking up the tree where Peppe used to climb.
But we all know that Peppee is in a much happier place now.
I'm sure Peppee would like to pen the story from Rainbow Bridge.

All is well

Ooh I was so worrried that I would still have to have them eardrops.
We went to the vet, and she gave me the "perfectly cleared" .
No more drops Woof! Woof!
I am so happy...Mommy too
Woof1 woof!.

Freaky Winddy Week-end

Woof! Woof!
It was such a windy week-end. The wind made these noises that sounds like people coming to the house.

Oscar & I barked and barked. Poor Mommy & Daddy, I think our woofing was driving them crazy, not to say it also scared Felix & Amadeus.

Mommy calmed Oscar by cuddling him, and she pet me on my head and stroke my neck, and that certainly made me feel better and calmed me down.

And then we played frisbee in the house, that was fun. And we total forgot about the wind. Woof! Woof!

Getting better

Woohoo! I haven't had the urge to scratch my right ears for a day and half now.
Mommy & daady took a look in my ear, andthey said it looks great. Although, I still have to go to the vet to get it confirm next week.

I've been really good, I didn't even shake my head vigorously after getting the ear drops.

Mommy bought me a flexi frisbee, so now I have one and Oscar has his moo-moo one. We swap sometimes.... growlingly...woof woof.

The Vet

I had my vet appointment last Thursday. She said I have an ear infection. That's why I kept scratching my right ear. She gave Mommy some antibiotic/ antibacterial drops to give me.
I don't like getting the drops in my ear at all. Daddy has to hold me, and Mommy gives me the drops all 5 of them. after that I shake and shake my head, that made them laugh. I get a treat for being good too.
Now my ear feels better, Mommy took a look at it and said it looks much better. But I still have to have the drops for another 9 days. Then go to the Vet for a check up.
Not fun at all.
