Quick Bio:
-pound dog

Likes:
My dog is OCD when it comes to her frisbee. She loves to jump up real high and catch it. And always does the "parallel park" move when she returns it. She loves to catch you in a kiss when you are talking, and is a huge snuggler.

Pet-Peeves:
For some reason, she doesn't like humans on wheels, but she does fine when I am on my bike and she is running with me.

Favorite Toy:
Frisbee, ball, frisbee, annoying squeaky newspaper, frisbee, kong, and did I mention frisbee?

Favorite Food:
She is a very picky eater, but loves the cat's food.

Favorite Walk:
Anywhere. She loves to be let off the leash and just run.

Best Tricks:
Catching a frisbee.

Arrival Story:
I was going through a divorce and decided that I wanted a dog. For protection, for companionship, etc. I went online and saw this gorgeous dog named Pebbles. I visited her twice at the pound. On the second visit, I convinced them that my apartment would be fine for her, as we would go for three walks a day. I brought her home on my 30th birthday. That night she slept through the whole night by my side and I knew we were meant to be.

Bio:
I adopted Lucy when she was a year and a half old. I found that it took a lot of conditioning to get her used to men. She would fiercely bark at them, even lunge at them. I believe she was abused before she found me. Now she is fine with most of the men she meets. Sometimes we have to do the treat trick, but that wins her over right away. She is always loving towards women.

Forums Motto:

So mom was scratching my belly and found a flea. Although she conducts a weekly flea search, somehow some still snuck up on me. So not only did I get a huge flea bath and extra drops today, but my sister, Ophie the cat, got a bath too. I am fine with baths, but Ophie wasn't too pleased.

But I am fine now. Mom said something about bombing the house. Not sure why. I am sure you can kill fleas without using a bomb. But mom knows best.

Well, first of all, it is a pleasure to be here. FRISBEE! I find that this site has a lot to offer. FRISBEE! And I know I will be making quite a few puppy friends. FRISBEE, FRISBEE! Sorry about that, I have an obsession with my favorite toy, and sometimes it is hard for me to think of anything else, even eating. FRISBEE! But I know in a moment I will calm down. frisbee! Okay, there we go.

My mom found me in a cage with two other dogs. When I saw her I knew she was the one for me. She brought treats with her right away.

I have to say that although the apartment was nice, I am very glad to be in a house now with my own yard and plenty of room to run around. I love tearing down the stairs, running through the living room, kitchen and dining room, then running back up the stairs only to repeat the process. Mom seems to like it. And my sister, Ophie (she's a cat) likes to run in front of me when I do that. Sometimes she catches me in the nose, but she always gives me kisses if she hurts me. She is a great sister.

My best friend is Otto. He is a really loud dog and has ADD, but is fun nonetheless. I also have a friend Buddy, but he lives in Fort Collins Colorado now. Mom says in a few years I will get to see him again, probably every day if I wanted to. I am excited about that.

FRISBEE! I better go. Someone is throwing it right now. FFFRRRRIIIISSSSBBBEEEEEEEE!
