Leave a bone for Pearl Nicknames: Pearlie, Wonderdog, the Girl Likes: Pearl loves it when we throw her ball into the swimming pool. Then she anxiously circles it until the ball is close enough to the edge of the pool to reach in and get it. Pet-Peeves: Men (she is a feminist!), tradespeople, the wolf which lives in the bush behind our house. Favorite Toy: Any tennis ball, sticks and bones. Favorite Food: Anything which isn't a green vegetable! Pearl is a glutton! Favorite Walk: Pearl loves to run through the mangroves and into the river, or splash around in the stream next door to our house. Best Tricks: She will put up with anything - in her puppy days we used to dress her up, she used to love playing with balloons and making sure they didnt pop. She also loves jumping on the trampoline. Arrival Story: Pearl came free from the owners of a purebred beagle who had been impregnated by the neighbour's kelpie.
