Arrival Story: We got Ben from a rescue, and they got him from a puppy mill from Missouri (they are terrible there aren't they, it must be a nightmare).

Well it was a sad, sad day. My mom had to make the decision to send me to the bridge today. I am going to hang with my buddies and she misses me terribly. My kidneys just didn't work anymore like they should. I stopped eating and drinking and I started vomiting, my mom thinks my liver was starting to act up again seeing as she couldn't get my medicine in me. She decided she needed to do this form me because I was suffering I couldn't stand anymore if I tried I would fall over. When the vetlady told my mom and family I had passed a little bird landed on the window sill and just watched them and me and wouldn't leave. My mom held me for a long time she cried and then said goodbye. I miss her and she misses me, I try and tell her not to cry so much, but she doesn't listen to me very well. She told me as time passes she will cry less and less. Thank you to all my wonderful and great friends that have helped my mom out in so many ways, she is very grateful.
WOW tomorrow is the big day, I can't believe I am turning 13 and either can mom. I have to say for the 7 years I have been with my skin family it has been the best years of my life. Mom tells me everyday how much she loves me and I know she does. They take such good care of me, my momma crys when I am sick. She tells me I am one of her children, I just have fur all over my body, BOL. I have to admit I am a VERY spoiled boy!
I have met some of the BEST people and pups in the world here at WU, you are all so good to me and mom. All the caring messages, card and the love I get means so much to mom and I. I know where are friends are they are right here at WU. Thank you to all of you.
Mom is so overwhelmed with all our wonderful friends and she can't believe how much everypup cares for me (and her). Thank you for your concern and we hope that my blood work comes back normal for my next test. Thank you all my pals and all their rent's.
