Arrival Story:
Fiona is the 2nd puppy I was assigned to puppy raise for Guide Dogs of America. She came to my home at 7 weeks of age. She was a tiny pup and remains to be smaller than pretty much all other labs we encounter who are her age or younger. Another puppy raiser who is raising her sister acuruately described our labs as "petite."

Bio:
Fiona was released from the guide dog program after some intesive health exames by her guide dog school. They liked her so much they wanted her to be a breeder, but further testing revealed elbow dysplasia. She is now a certified therapy dog witht the Delta Society and a Reading Education Assistance Dog (READ). She is helping my train my 3rd guide dog pup Riva.
