Meeshka doesnt like it when people don't drop food on the floor, she doesnt like those darn ferral cats and she hates walking on hard wood floors.

Favorite Toy:
The stuffed kitty pull toy. She LOVES to play "kill the kitty". ( Cat lovers, don't take us literally we are cat friendly).

Favorite Food:
Meeshka LOVES all kinds of food, especially STEAK..but her favorite is vanilla frosting..or sandwich cookies!

Favorite Walk:
Meeshka loves walking in Marina del Rey at Burton Chase Park by the water.

Best Tricks:
Meeshka can play dead and she does an awesome food refusal!

Arrival Story:
I saw Meeshka at the Pasadena Humane Society 2 years ago. She had a sign on her kennel that read: I was born with three good legs..I am not in any pain and I am a very sweet and I would make a great pet. I felt like she wouldn't be someone else's first choice since she had a leg that is 4 inches shorter than all the others. I spent 2 weeks infront her kennel petting her, she was so sad and depressed. I wanted to make sure she wanted me as much as I wanted her. The day I went to pick her up she was standing up for the first time by the gate waiting for me and we have been inseparable ever since!

Bio:
Meeshka was found in the city of Pasadena,CA near the freeway entrance. She was born with a birth defect. One of her rear legs is 4 inches shorter than the others. After adopting her, I found out she had also been hit by a car as a puppy and her 'good' rear leg has a pin in it as well as the bad leg. Also her hip was never placed in the socket. The vet is amazed that Meeshka even walks at all.
