Pet-Peeves: Anyone whom is not friendly and metal furniture 'cause it makes a frightening pinging noise when my whip-like tail hits it.
Favorite Toy: I like all toys
Favorite Food: liversnaps
Favorite Walk: I enjoy walking & hiking wherever my mum is.
Best Tricks: As if being a dog isn't enough? I have a large arsenal of exceptional tricks which i am currently teaching our new pup
Arrival Story: My mum , whom thankfully has canine-like hearing, found me in a large trash bin when I was a mere four weeks old. She bottle fed me & made me her best friend. We have had so many wonderful years together I hardly know where to begin so I shall come back to this later.
My Name "Hiside": I was named for a type of motorcycle crash (high side) wherein the rider is catapulted over the motorcycle, briefly assumes a position referred to as the "Flying W", as a result of the rear wheel losing traction, sliding out to one side, and then abruptly regaining traction while still out-of-line with the front wheel.
The reason I was named for such an odd as well as frightening thing is that when I was a puppy my head was still almost larger than my body thus I had great difficulty navigating the spiral staircase. I would often, I shall now unashamedly admit, begin to lose balance & fall to my left then catch myself & fling myself onto my right side; briefly assuming the "Flying W" position in mid fling.
I died at the age of 16 & one half in the early spring of 2007. *********
(Hiside was my best friend and saved my life as much as I had saved his. One day I hope I will be strong enough to type about what a wonderful magical Canine American he was without shorting out my keyboard under torrents of tears.)
Bio: I get along with pretty much everyone. That includes, yet is not limited to, people, dogs, cats, ducks, bunnies and every other living thing I can be bothered to think of at this time.
