August 12, 2007: DOG OF THE DAY!

The first thing Mom did once she sat at her computer was go to Dogster.com, of course. She had 5 paw mails, which was slightly unusual to have so many. Mom learned from our pal, Zoe, that I was chosen as "Dog of the Day"! She couldn't believe it, so she went to the Dogster homepage and there I was smiling back at her. She screamed with such excitement, at first I didn't know what happened. Was it good or something bad? Sofia and I were so excited when we heard the news. Dad couldn't believe it either, he said "this is a day to celebrate!"

Mom didn't know what to do first. Was she going to write in my diary? Post in the forum? Post in "Westie's Unite" or in "The Celtic Connection" or send everyone an email with the good news? Her dilemma was which one to do first, so to make it easy she gave me and Sofi a celebratory treat first, which was the right decision if you ask me! BOL Then she proceeded to do all of the others!

Thank you so much Dogster for a great honor. So many pups chose to send sweet pawmails, pup pal requests, all kinds of rosettes and even several stars! You really made our day!
