Arrival Story:
My mom wanted a greatdane I wanted a companion. I had a school project to do that took us to the local SPCA, I spotted her in the last cage, not barking, sitting so sad in the middle of that pen with her ears down, she was so dirty she was listed as a grey and brown dog!! I walked over and put my hand into her cage she came over and with ears and tail stiil down gently licked my hand.. well it was love at first lick, I forgot the project and took to begging for her at first my mom was like no she is a furball but then she put her hand into the cage and once again love at first lick!! Bear did not wag her tail or put those ears up until she was safely in our carthen she wagged her whole body!!

Bio:
Bear was a family member until the day before my birthday in 1999, when she died of a massive heartattack at my moms house. the only dog she ever liked was Fate it was like she knew her time was up and I would need a new companion!! She will always be saddly missed and loved.. until we meet again!!
