We wanted a pet so we got Shasta. We got her from the flower shop in Morro Bay where she was the last pup in the litter to be adopted. That was way back in July, 1992.
Bio:
Her favorite animal friend is our cat, Shadow. I grew up with her. This April, 2007, we got her washed and "trimmed" for the summer, but the dog groomer went crazy and cut off all her fur! They thought she should look like a poodle! How embarassing! Hope it grows back soon!

On September 23, 2010, we said goodbye to Shasta who finally succumbed to old age. She was over 126 in dog years! Shasta had a good long life as was a wonderful part of our family! We miss her alot!
