Arrival Story:
When I was in architecture school, I wanted a dog, but I couldn't because I never had the time to take care of one. So when I graduated and married, I thought it was the perfect time to go out and get a dog. My wife didn't think that was such a hot idea, and gave some resistance. I finally gave up and then she gave in. She said we could at least go look some at the pound, but no promises. Well, we walked around the pound and were about to give up and started to walk out. We must have passed Maggie a couple of times, but this time, she was just sitting there smiling and laughing at us. And we thought, "This is the one!"
