Summer

It's hhooootttteee it makes me sad. Very sad. So sad I don't like going for walks and I love walks! I've learned to make myself very flat - Which is hard because I'm so round! I also learned that the hard floor is cooler than my soft bed. Mama says she won't turn her house into a walk in freezer just to suit me but I think she should! She also changed my food to cardboard kibble! She wants to deflate me! Mean Mama! I can make my fat flat!

Oh! and Fireworks make me sad too. Very sad. I had to learn how to be so flat that I could fit under the bed. Much flatter than just regular flatness. Mama calls me her floundog.

Mama was worried about my sadness and my roundness and took me to the vet but the vet did some owwy stuff and gave me treats and said I was in very good shape, which I think says that round is good.

On the mend!

I was very sick. I have something called Addison's Disease now. Mama was very unhappy and she tried to hide it, I was never so sick I couldn't tell though. I really wanted Mama to feel better, almost as much as I wanted to feel better! The not dog was even nice to me! Speaking of not dogs, I made a new not dog friend! He's a very small not dog and he likes me very much. He sniffs me and walks between my paws and follows me everywhere outside. He did get mad at me when I stepped on him, but he is very small and I am very big.

Mama gives me pills now and I am feeling much better! The not dog is back to being mean to me and Mama cut way down on my treats.

Weird.

I feel kind of funny and the Not Dog is being kind of nice to me and Mama is sad. She thinks I can't tell. I pretend that I don't see it because I love my Mama as much as she loves me.

Ive been really busy! I've been eating a lot of peanut butter and antibiotics and these little pink pills that make me really tired! So little yet so much tired in every pill!

I've also learned that the big piece of furniture in the living room is also available as a bed! I didn't know that! It made Mama really mad because she didn't know that I knew about the bed, but I did. Then Mama made it so I couldn't use it, but then she couldn't use either and that made her mad too.

The not dog is a real mean guy. He says nasty things to me all day, did you know not dogs were once worshiped as Gods? And that Dogs are actually a lower form of life? And that I am even lower that a regular Dog? I had no idea about that last part.

I'm tired now, I think I'll take a nap on the chair. Don't tell Mama.

Freedom

Mama said that I am grown up enough to be out of my room all the time now! Even when Mama is asleep or not at home! Mama said I can be trusted to not eat the couch or the cat. I feel like a big girl now, I protect the whole house now! not just my room! I'm really good a protecting Mama's chair, so good that she had to put things on the chair to make protecting it more of a challenge! Mama needs to find heavier things. I am strong and beautiful.

I had such a good time away from home that I wrote a song!

I really did! I played on the beach and I caught sticks in the water and I even swam and I didn't used to like that! I was so silly back then! and I explored in the forest! and I sniffed and sniffed and sniffed! and I had the best time! And I got to ride in the back of the truck!! And I got to ride in the truck and we rode and rode and rode and at night, I protected the truck and I was such a good dog!! and now, we;re at home and what I really want to know is, when are we going to the beach? It's almost beach time and so far, no beach? I'm confused. it's been some time since we went to the beach and I want to go back. I'm going to sing my song to make the time go until we go back to the beach.

Ta Da!

Mama entered me in this contest thing and I won, kinda, I came in 10th! I'm the tenth prettiest dog ever! Mama took my picture and sent it in and they decided I was the tenth prettiest dog! I knew I was pretty! I told the not dog that things are going to change around here! I'm not going to take any of his guff, because now, I am the the tenth prettiest dog! and I don't have to. Ha!

Not Fair!

I was at the park yesturday. Life was good, I love the park! But. There was this other dog and it looked at me funny and the next thing you know I'm in the car and Mama is mad. I just wanted to show the other dog who was dominate - and it wasn't the other dog, I can tell you that! Stupied other dog. I had to go home. Other dog started it but other dog got to stay but Mama made me go. I didn't get to watch TV before bed either. Blah.

Wigging out

When is my fur going to come back? It's been gone for so looonnnnggg and now I'm shedding and there isn't any new fur coming in and I'm bald and sad! People keep asking Mama if she had me shaved again! Why would she have me dhaved again? There isn't any fur to shave! I had such nice fur, it was so pretty and now my fur is gone - not all my fur, just some of my fur and I don't even remember why it is gone in the first place. Did it fall out? did Mama give me a too vigerous bath? Did I groom myself too much? I am very confused. Do they make doggy weaves?

Drive!

Ya know what I wanna do? I wanna go! I just want to Go! Go! Go! I want to go in the car! I want to go for a walk! I want to go! We should all go! I want to go in the car and go to the park! Mama makes me stay! Mama is all about staying. I hate staying! I am about going and I want to go!! Lets go in the car! Lets go for a walk! Lets go for a walk to the park! Lets drive to the park! We should drive to go walking! Lets go!!
