Arrival Story:
We got Oreo from a breeder that was also a friend. We had our Missy (also a BT, passed in 2002) and felt she needed a friend. I am the one who got the best friend. We were supposed to breed her per arrangement with our friend but he decided not to so we got a "free dog." She's my joy.

Bio:
Oreo has had her share of medical issues and adventures. She has had 5 surgerys. We had her spayed, she had a hernia repaired, she had a granuloma removed, was attacked by a coyote and required emergency surgery, and the latest was having a toe removed due to a tumor. In addtion to surgerys, she has had pancreatititis, hives, mites, lost part of her ear to the cat, lost her sight and most of her hearing. She is still my girl though and I can't imagine life without her.
