Arrival Story:
Chloe was adopted from a shelter at about 9 months of age. Despite her dimunitive size at the time, she immediately tried to establish herself as the alpha over Jake, who was 3 times her size. She lost that round but never gave up trying! She's a very determined young lady. Eight years later she's still trying.

Bio:
First, you have to know that none of the bizarre pictures of her in this site are posed. They are all just Chloe being Chloe in all her glory. We're not sure what her breed is other than yellow lab. We think she may be part velociraptor. Chloe is a very strange dog. Very hard-headed and quirky, but you can't help but love her. There's just something about her. She's the Queen of the Universe and expects to be treated as such, no excuses. We always joke that it's a good thing that she's cute or we would have killed her a long time ago. She can be funny and infuriating, frustrating and hilarious. She's quite unpredictable. She really is a unique individual. And yes, in case any of you are wondering, 2 of these pictures do indeed show Chloe sitting on the car. I told you she was a little strange, didn't I? Two of her most interesting features, which don't always show up well in pictures, are that she has a pinkish-beige nose and yellow-silver eyes.
