Arrival Story:
Toby was my best friend's dog, she had him for less than a year and she got pregnant. Knowing she wouldn't be able to care for him she gave Toby to me!

Bio:
Toby and I live in Washington state....Tacoma to be exact. Toby's best friend is my sister's dog Charlotte...she's the tan one in his pictures! He loves to play fetch and recently learned to return his toy to my hand each time.
