Leave a bone for Nala

Nicknames: Nala-Walla-Bing-Bang, The Bing Bang, Miss Bing-a-dy, Bada Bing, Bingers, Black Brrr-ed, Baby Jesus, Burrito Nala, Cutsey Girl...to many nicknames to mention

Quick Bio:
Likes: My papa (miss my mama she passed in 2007) lounging on the couch; curling up next to my family; smooth jazz; walking around the neighborhood; driving in the car; convincing my family to give me more treats

Pet-Peeves: Her pound puppy toy; going down stairs

Favorite Toy: Blue Lambsy; White Lambsy; Cakesy; and Manany

Favorite Food: Greenies and Happy Hips

Arrival Story: Bing Bang was a bday present. We met her parents, and picked her out of the litter when she was just 7 weeks old! We chose her because we just have a thing for runts (she was less than 3 lbs when we took her home); and we could tell she wanted us to notice her by the way she was trying to act so feisty with her brothers and sisters (showing off... :) ).

It's been awhile - okay years - since my last entry. But I'm back! Had a great time in San Diego this past weekend, and got some extra treats from my easy to sucker family members (they know who they are). My infamous "Budgers" trick just seals the deal all the time. Happy to back in San Francisco, where I enjoyed some sun bathing on my hardwood floors. Life is good, ruff!

Had my first airplane flight last weekend, from home to San Franciscooo! I got some new shoes from Babies in Hayes Valley, and showed them off right away in Golden Gate Park on Saturday-- they took me a while to get used to, but they were a HIT! I'll miss that park (a great place for dogs); but, of course, there's no place like hooome :)

...to make it to the border of Mexicoooo.... / Gonna ri-ide /like the wi-ind/ (Ride like the wind)!"
I've recently started this game I call "Escape." (Just for then fun-- I really do love my family!) It all started during a party two Saturdays ago. The gate was left open, so I made a run for it. The search posse found me on a slope, a few doors down, not too long after. Doggone it. My next attempt was yesterday, when one of my humans opened the front door for a guest. Needless to say, that wasn't successful for long. But that won't stop me from trying again.
Next stop: Mexico. (To be hummed à la Christopher Cross, from his smash hit, "Ride Like the Wind:") "Doo-doo-doo-doo, doot-doot-doot-doo!"
