Losing the spotlight, being ignored, not being able to run while we're on a walk, being outside without a human companion.
Favorite Toy:
Anything that squeaks (only hearing it squeak), the cats, ESPECIALLY Koda. He acts as if she is a dog. Other than that, he really doesn't like toys
Favorite Food:
Anything, doggie treats, food bowls, ...etc
Favorite Walk:
Everywhere, around the neighborhood--he knows our exact route and gets mad if I decide to go a different way...he stops and holds all his weight down, the post office--he loves passing all the high school kids on the way cuz he gets lots of attention
Best Tricks:
Opening the back door (even if it's locked), sit, down, come, stay & wait (sometimes), and anything he can do for a treat. He finally mastered shake, after more than four weeks of practicing it.
Arrival Story:
I have wanted a husky since I was a kid. My mom finally decided I could have one. She showed me pictures of 3 different husky pups and when I showed her which one I wanted, she was glad cuz she had already told the couple we wanted him. We got him from a family in New York. Best gift ever.
Bio:
Chase has the best disposition I've seen in any of the dogs we've owned in the past. He is so calm and doesn't let anything really get to him. I thought this was a characteristic of the breed, even though my research says otherwise. Chase seems like a pup who was switched at birth. He is hardly like a husky, except for his good looks.
