Arrival Story:
I found Tobey at a local adoption fair. I took him home for a 2 week trial as a foster dog, but by the next day it was clear that he wasn't going back.

Bio:
Tobey is an equal opportunity flirt. He doesn't care if you're male or female, black, white, brown or green, big or small... he just wants you to adore him. He knows he's cute and he uses it to his advantage. Tobey is the star of the local dog park. Everyone knows him and everybody loves him.
