My life.... when I am not barking

My first entry

Wow, I am so excited that I have my very own diary! I never dreamed I could finally get all my thoughts on paper! Well, today was pretty normal. My mom spent about 10 minutes cuddling with me before we got out of bed. Then she let me out and then went to work.

Finally, I had some time to myself! I spent the first couple minutes wandering around, wondering what to do with myself on this beautiful dog day. Then, I decided to do my normal thing. So I sat in front of the sliding glass window, on my favorite rug and made myself comfortable. Then I stuck my head out the blinds and sat patiently for the first victim. I'm not sure how many strolled by, but I did make sure to scare the living daylights out of each and everyone of them with my mean barking. And I think I might have even made a few of my neighbors consider earplugs... But thats their problem. As far as I am concerned, this is my window and if you want to walk by it, then you will pay! I will protect this house no matter what the cost!

So, that pretty much took up most of my day. Then my daddy came home and we played and cuddled. And then my mom came home and I did some more playing and cuddling... I love them so much. I hate when they have to go to work! But I know if they didnt work, I wouldnt get all the yummy treats and toys they bring home for me! Well, it will be dinnertime and bedtime soon, so I better get some more playing in before then.
