Arrival Story:
Wuff uff everybody!!!!! Here's the story of how we adopted Madeline. My sister and dad were leaving for work one day, and this brindle pitbull came walking to my sister. My sister corralled her inside our gate because we were afraid she might get runned over by a car. So they called me and told me that there was something outside I needed to see. So I woke up and to my shock a dog was walking toward me. I got dressed and put on my clothes and drove around the whole day looking for the owner. On the same day, I got into a car accident on my cross street and totaled my car. We filed a report at the SPCA and the Peninsula Humane Society, but after a month no one claimed her, so we adopted her, and she became the fifth member of my pack of dogs. (Did I mention she was the most expensive dog, $22,000 dollars!!- the totaled car) Sadly, my eldest dog, Lady, died of old age on 5/17/03, so now the pack is down to 4.
