Arrival Story:
Taffy was found in London Ontario, wandering the streets alone, she started following a man who got scared and called the police. They came and took Taffy to the St.Thomas Pound. Her owner never came looking for her. That's when a special Rescue group, and a few other Angels swooped in and saved her (and another dog), just shy of their euth' date (August 1st, 2006). She was spayed and got all her shots. Now she's living in Toronto, learning how to ride the bus and the subway, and doing great!
Bio:
Smart and sassy, cocky yet sensitive.
She's one of the few lucky "pit bulls" to survive a brush with the Municipal Pound system in Ontario post-"Pit Bull Ban". She really does have a guardian Angel or two looking out for her.

Oh good golly! Mum has gone insane!
She bought a new digital camera a while ago and now I can't go ANYWHERE without the evil clicky-thing being around! Mum takes photos when I'm outside, inside, playing with toys, doing zoomies in the livingroom, eating, sleeping, in my crate even! I can't get away from it!
On the plus side... she IS getting good at it. Some of her sepia photos of me are pretty nice lookin'.

I don't know how often I'll update this journal here... but for my Pup Pals' sake I guess I can TRY to do it more often. ;3
OH! I do have some news though! I got my microchip this morning. Mum says it's a really good thing, though it sure wasn't fun getting it. Holy COW the needle was big... and it hurt BAD!! I cried and kinda freaked out, and everyone at the clinic was all "Feh! Some pit bull!". It was sooooo embarassing.... I can't help it if I don't handle owies well... :(
At least it's done. Mum says I won't have to go back to the clinic for a while now. Which is good... I didn't like being in the kennel runs all night while Mum worked, with all the dogs barking at me. Yes... my Mum works at a vet clinic. Scary no?
I gotta get my heartworm tests done soon though, Mum says it's "The Season", whatever that is... I hope that doesn't mean more needles! :(
