Walk? He likes to sit and be loved. Hes a demon at the dog park though.

Offering his paw before getting a treat, eating french fries from mommy or daddy's mouth (carefully!)

Arrival Story:
Max and his sister Zoe were bought from a puppy farm by a couple who had 2 other dogs. They were all chained up in their backyard, with little food or water for the first 7 months of their lives (including a long, hot, Washington DC summer). The ASCPA of Fairfax County, VA, resuced them and put them up for adoption. 22 applications were put in on them as a pair, and another 20 or so each for individual adoption. It came down to us and another couple, and after a home visit, we were given the biggest gifts of our lives: These two precious pups.

Bio:
Max is the biggest, sweetest, most well behaved dog I have ever met. He will "moonbounce" when you come home, or you jangle the leash to go out, and the whole house shakes. But there is just about his face, his mannerism, his mere presence that is calming and makes you feel good just being around him. And watching him run is great fun. (Picture middle jiggles and fur flying in the wind!) Couldnt love a dog more.. other than his sister zoe. :)
