The Hike of A Lifetime

Wow was that view ever somethin'! Me and my family woke up at 5:30 this morning to hike up South Moutain. My mommy and her sister need to get ready for soccer season that is coming up faster than they had thought it would. All I have to do is sit on the side lines and growl and bark at the opposing team when they pass. Boy, is it fun!
Back to the hike. There are these big rocks that you have to jump up on(they're big to me at least, what can I say? I'm a small dog.) and it really knocks the wind out of you! At least it did for me! I don't usually go on walks that long! I guess I'm going to have to get used to it.
Soccer season, here I come!

The Scary Night

Last night my mommy left and didn't come home. This isn't the first time this has happened. Everytime she goes she says she'll be back in the morning, and she always keeps her word. It seems that this is called "going to a sleep over" I think it sounds quite fun.(considering it has the word sleep in it.) How it works exactly, i'm not sure, but i'm planing on finding it out! Someday...
Well there is one thing that i dodn't like when mommy leaves at night, and that is having to sleep in the kennel. I'm usually able to sleep under the covers of mommy's bed when she's home, but when she leaves, I'm shoved straight into the taxi(that's what i call my kennel.). Now i'm sure if mommy heard about this she would not approve at all, but she doesn't hear about it, does she! About how her poor doggie is tourtured while she is away!!! Oh the horror!
Ok, maybe i'm being a bit drastic on my part, but trust me, it really is bad! I wasn't able to sleep last night it was so bad. But now mommy is home, and she's ok, and i feel much better now. Deep breath in, deep breath out. Yes, life is good.
Yeah,so, yeah....that's how my night was!^_^ Prety cool huh?
