Skylar is my foster dog.

Bio:
Skylar is very timid and loud noises and motions frighten him. He will need a home that can be patient with him. He will need a securely fenced in yard as when he is frightened he will run. Because of his skittishness, a home without children is necessary. He gets along great with other dogs so another dog about his size would help him gain confidence. He is a small dog, what is called a mini Rat Terrier and only weighs about 11 pounds. Please contact Ratbone Rescues for information on how to apply to adopt Skylar or to find out more about him.
